Shade rows for stopped out

Would be nice to see different colors for trades that are still live vs. those that are stopped out. Easier to see quickly what the story is overall.

You can use the "Status" filter on the dashboard to only see the open positions. I use it every day. Would be nice to color or shade the calls/puts!

Also, please add PCR% for every trade on the dashboard.
