SPX value at trade time & include seconds in trade time

Right now, reports does not log the seconds component of time (Trade Opened/Closed time). In most cases it doesn't matter, but in some case it helps if there is a sharp move in a single minute.
Also, it would be great to see the value of SPX at the time of the trade. We can infer this from the time and looking at charts but it would be more convenient if it is logged as part of the trade.

also add the ability to add seconds to the schedule time. for example if I wanted to execute at 11:20:30
